The Armed Forces Operational Medicine Symposium coordinated by the Navy Independent Duty Corpsman Association and the Air Force Independent Duty Medical Technician would like to invite you and your organization to attend our medical symposium. This is the 12th annual conference for the Navy IDC and this is the second year that we are joining forces with the Air Force, Coast Guard and Military Sealift Command. This conference is well attended by active duty as well as retired Navy, Air Force, Coast Guard and Marine Corps Health professionals.

The conference will be in Charleston, SC from 11-16 May 2008.

A total of 400-500 attendees are anticipated. Numerous didactic presentations by recognized experts will be offered emphasizing updates in Combat Casualty Care, lessons learned from OIF as well as offering a two day course for Tactical Combat Casualty Care.

Uniforms: Air force- BDUs or green flight suits, Navy- khakis or working whites
